Steps to deactivate your electronic wallet account in the Cash Wallet application:
You can close your electronic money account at any time by following the following steps:
1. Submit a request to cancel the service through the company's official email: info@tamkeen.com.ye.
2. Contact customer service at the toll-free number 8000333.
3. Visit the company's headquarters or its agents.
The requester's identity and account ownership will be verified, and the account will be checked by a customer service representative.
If there is a balance in your electronic money account at the time of closure, you will need to withdraw the balance within a specified period of time. During this period, access to your electronic money account will remain active only for the purpose of withdrawing the remaining balance.
The subscription to the service will be canceled.
Note:
According to the current laws, regulations, and requirements of the Central Bank of Yemen, the company is legally obligated to retain data and financial transactions for a period of not less than ten years from the date of account closure.

- Do not make the password consist of repeated or consecutive numbers.
- Do not make your password based on personal information.
